The place was immaculately clean with a very helpful and extremely helpful staff from front desk charming woman and finishing with Manager. Appreciated the room in the temperature, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Overall bright hotel, amazing meals.
Reasonably spacious good value hotel with a magnificent and amazing location short walk to many exceptionally good restaurants, and Cascade/Opera House and Republic Square. Neat, warm rooms and nice bathrooms. Exceptionally comfortable bed, early check-in.

The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, adjacent to a short walk to supermarket, Royal Plaza and main museums. It was a royal building, the room was great-sized with the best view. The breakfast had a huge variety of amazing food and drinks.
Tbh Wi-Fi was bad, and the bed was uncomfortable.

There was a wide range of food for breakfast, it was appetising! The location was unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an open air museum. Small supermarkets and a supermarket were right next door.

During our stay at Royal Plaza, we were impressed with the convenient location and the ease of exploring the city. The hotel is situated in the heart of Yerevan, making it convenient for sightseeing, dining, and exploring local bars and cafes. We were able to easily navigate the city and make the most of our time. Additionally, the hotel offered free internet access, which was a bonus. despite some minor drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel for its central location and accessibility.

Appreciated spending my time in this spotless small hotel. The location was excellent and amazing, minutes away from all interests. Had nice dainties at Modi Art Cafe, located minutes away from the venue. I had a good-sized room in the temperature and everything was great:)))

The rooms at Hotel Royal Plaza are spacious and modern, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The private bathrooms are a highlight, featuring deep soaking bathtubs and complimentary toiletries. The 24-hour room service and free WiFi made our stay even more convenient.
Personally, I found the separate bathtubs and showers in the private bathrooms a bit inconvenient.
